Who we are

YesWeSure is an independent research and comparison platform. We publish reviews, comparisons, state guides, and coverage research about auto insurance. We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite, price, or issue policies. When you request a quote, we pass your request to licensed carriers or their agents, who then handle the sale directly.

Nature of the content

Editorial content on YesWeSure is for informational purposes only. It is not insurance, financial, legal, or tax advice. Coverage availability, premiums, discounts, and policy terms are set by each insurer and vary by state, driver, vehicle, and other underwriting factors. Always confirm specifics with the carrier before making a decision.

Rate and estimate accuracy

Where we show rate ranges, average premiums, or cost estimates, those figures are summaries drawn from public filings, published studies, and our own research as of the date of the page. Actual quotes are determined by each carrier and may differ from estimates. We note the last-reviewed date on content pages and update numbers when source data changes.

Editorial independence

Rankings, comparisons, and recommendations on YesWeSure are set by our editorial team. Commercial arrangements with carriers are disclosed on /how-we-make-money and do not influence editorial scoring. Sponsored placements, when present, are explicitly labelled. Quote requests

When you complete and submit the quote form at /insurance/auto/quotes, you accept the on-screen consent, which authorises YesWeSure and the receiving carriers or their agents to contact you about your request. You are not required to request a quote to use the site. The privacy policy explains what the quote form collects, how it is used, and how to contact us about it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misrepresent yourself, impersonate another person, or submit knowingly false information through the quote form. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site or to attempt to gain access to areas not intended for public use. Automated crawling for research is permitted within reasonable limits and subject to our robots.txt, which disallows /go/, /lp/, /api/, and /preview/ prefixes.

Intellectual property

Editorial text, comparison data, review structures, and the design of this site are the property of YesWeSure. Carrier names, logos, and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification. You may link to our pages; wholesale republication requires written permission.

Third-party sites and services

The site contains links to third-party pages, including carrier quote-request destinations and informational references. We do not control those third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. When they do, we will note the change on this page and update the last-reviewed date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

What this page covers today, and what the final document will add

The text above describes how YesWeSure actually operates: the role we play, the limits of our rate accuracy, the editorial independence guarantee, and the user obligations we rely on. These statements reflect real site behavior and are not placeholders. The final attorney-reviewed terms document will supersede this page and add the following owner-confirmed items we do not invent here: the operating entity and its registered address; governing-law and jurisdiction clauses; the dispute-resolution procedure, including any arbitration provisions and class-action waiver language; the limitation-of-liability and warranty-disclaimer clauses in their final form; the exact SMS/TCPA short-code and opt-out language used in the quote-flow consent; and any state-specific disclosures where YesWeSure operates. Publishing those items without attorney review would be worse than noting their absence.
